Here is my contribution to 343s Halo4, one of the spartan suits. Will upload the ingame version later on. My task was to model the high and lowpoly and also create the textures for this full suit.

I don't think you got the proportions for the head and neck right. It would be pretty hard to fit a head inside that helmet, especially since it's also covering his neck.
What program did you make this in? Also how long did it take you? I'm currently majoring in Media Arts and Animation and just now learning 3D modeling. I should graduate in a year and a half and hopefully I can get hired by 343i. Of course my skills need to be good enough for them to hire me. Any tips?
hard to tell, of course usually it is 8hrs. but with feedback loops a couple of days might be "wasted" during that time. there is quite bit of time that it takes flr the initial translation from 2d concept to 3d highpoly, project depenedent workflows and such.
Any tips?
